AI for Business Growth

From audit to implementation

We identify practical AI use cases, launch a pilot, and help integrate the solution into real business processes.

  • We start with business problems, not tools
  • We assess impact, complexity and risk
  • We go from pilot to a working system

The business challenges we help with

We work with specific challenges, not an abstract idea of "implementing AI".

01

Marketing and growth

Marketing generates a lot of activity but no systemic result.

02

Sales and inquiries

Sales loses part of its inquiries, or handles them too slowly.

03

Repetitive operations

Employees spend time on repetitive tasks instead of higher-value work.

04

Data and knowledge

Company data and knowledge live in different systems and are rarely used together.

05

Priorities for change

Leadership isn't sure which processes are worth changing first.

06

AI tools without a system

The company is already testing individual AI tools, but they aren't built into real processes.

How we can help

Four areas of work — from diagnosis to a working system.

01

AI Business Audit

We diagnose your processes, identify real opportunities for AI, assess impact, complexity and risk, and build a prioritized action plan.

Who it's for
Companies that want to understand where to start with AI.
Result
A prioritized plan: what to implement first, and why.
02

AI Marketing System

We design a system where AI supports research, content, lead generation, analytics and day-to-day marketing operations.

Who it's for
Companies where marketing is already active but isn't producing a systemic result.
Result
A managed system of marketing processes instead of scattered tasks.
03

AI Sales & CRM Automation

We help build AI into inquiry handling, lead qualification, follow-up, CRM work and sales analytics.

Who it's for
Companies that lose inquiries or handle them too slowly.
Result
Faster, more consistent inquiry handling inside the CRM.
04

AI Content Machine

We build a managed system for producing and adapting content across several channels without losing quality or control.

Who it's for
Companies that need more content without losing control over quality.
Result
A repeatable content production process across multiple channels.

From diagnosis to a working solution

An audit is not a final document — it's an entry point. After it, we can design a pilot, choose tools, set up integrations, train the team, and take the solution all the way to regular use.

You can use the audit results on your own, or continue implementation together with our team.

  1. 01

    Initial consultation

A short conversation about your business and challenge, to see whether an audit or a different format of work fits best.

  2. 02

    Process diagnosis

We review your processes, resources, bottlenecks and current growth points.

  3. 03

    AI opportunity map

We identify concrete AI use cases for your business.

  4. 04

    Prioritization

We assess the likely impact, implementation complexity and risk.

  5. 05

    Pilot design

We define what the first test of the chosen scenario will look like.

  6. 06

    Pilot launch and review

We test the solution on a limited part of the process and review the result.

  7. 07

    Full implementation

We build the solution into the company's real processes and tools.

  8. 08Result

    Support and evolution

We support the solution and adjust it as your needs change.

MANIFESTO

AI does not fix chaos. It accelerates it.

That is why we begin with business processes, priorities and economics — not with choosing another tool.

  1. 1
    Business problem first
  2. 2
    Priority second
  3. 3
    Technology third

Why I work on AI for business

I am an entrepreneur and co-founder of MEHANIKA and BIA. My work brings together marketing, sales, product thinking and AI to turn technology into practical business systems.

My focus is business, marketing and sales — the areas that directly drive a company's results.

I see my role as a bridge between the business and its technical implementation — translating an owner's challenge into the language of processes and solutions a team can build.

I care about a practical approach to AI: not tools for their own sake, but changes that produce a measurable effect in real processes.

Projects I'm building

I don't just advise businesses on AI. I also build companies and digital products together with my partners.

Hello, my name is Nika Boenko. I'm an entrepreneur, and I help business owners figure out how to use artificial intelligence to solve real business problems.

Today there's too much noise around AI. New tools, agents and bold promises appear every day. Some people are afraid of falling behind their competitors; others have already signed up for a dozen subscriptions but still don't know what to do with them — and most explanations are aimed either at tech specialists or at large corporations with big teams and budgets. As a result, business owners are left unsure where to start, which processes are worth changing, and where AI can actually deliver results for their business. That's exactly what I help with.

We don't start by picking another tool — we start with your business. We look at your processes, marketing, sales, customer work and operations, then identify real opportunities for AI, assess the likely impact and complexity of implementation, and build a clear action plan for the next 30–90 days.

No chaos, no hype, and no automation for its own sake. If you want to understand where AI can actually help your business — let's find out.

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI Business Audit?

An audit reviews your company's processes, identifies practical AI use cases, and produces a prioritized action plan.

Who is the audit for?

Business owners and leaders who want to understand which processes are worth changing first, and where AI can create real value.

Do we have to start with an audit?

No. If your challenge is already clear, we can discuss a specific solution directly — an audit is the right fit when priorities still need to be worked out.

What happens after the audit?

You can use the results on your own, or continue working with our team: design a pilot, choose tools, and move into implementation.

Who handles the technical implementation?

Nika leads the strategy and business diagnosis; the implementation team handles technical design and delivery within the agreed project.

Where should AI implementation begin?

Not with choosing a tool, but with a business problem, the current process, and clear success criteria for the pilot.
