Personal Data Processing and Privacy Policy
This page describes what data the form on this site collects, how it's used, and where it is technically sent. It is a draft prepared for launch and requires a final review before the site takes on real traffic.
Personal data operator
The personal data operator has not yet been identified and its details have not been filled in. This document is not final until that information is added and a legal review is completed.
What data is processed
The form collects data you provide yourself: name, company, industry, a description of your challenge, and contact details. It also technically records the page language, traffic source (UTM parameters, referrer), the page URL where the request was made, and the browser's user agent. No IP address is stored in the request database.
Purpose of processing
Your data is used only to contact you about your request and suggest the right next step: a consultation, an audit, or pilot design.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the consent you give when submitting the form.
Who technically receives the data
Requests are technically transmitted to and stored using Notion (Notion Labs, Inc.) and Telegram Messenger to organize follow-up. The Telegram notification is deliberately shortened and excludes your contact details and the full text of your challenge — that information is only available in Notion. This is a factual description of the technical transfer, not a claim that these services have been formally appointed as data processors under applicable personal-data law — that question requires a separate legal review.
Cross-border transfer and data localization
Both services above are foreign, so data may be processed on servers located outside the Russian Federation. Whether the current setup meets Russian data-localization requirements for the personal data of Russian citizens has not been confirmed and requires a separate legal and technical review before the site takes on significant traffic.
Retention and deletion
Requests are retained until the inquiry has been handled and its status updated. Exact retention periods and a deletion procedure will be finalized after legal review.
Your rights
You can request information about the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent by contacting the operator using the details in this document.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting the operator. If the operator's contact details haven't been filled in yet, withdrawal isn't practically available — this is flagged separately as a launch blocker.
